💧 How to Use
- Prepare the saline solution:
Mix 1 teaspoon of non-iodized salt (fine sea or rock salt) into 500 ml of lukewarm distilled or filtered water. - Fill the pot:
Pour about 225 ml (half the solution) into the pot. - Rinse:
Lean over a sink, tilt your head sideways, and gently pour the water into the upper nostril.
Let it flow out through the lower one. Repeat on the other side. - Finish:
Gently blow out any remaining water and rest for a few moments.
Clean after use with warm water and mild soap or in the dishwasher (ceramic body only).
