This guided detox by Clinical Ayurvedic specialist will guide you through a 7 week cleanse / detox.

This cleanse is done weekly on your free day and we will also perform one more in depth cleanse.

Prior to the cleanse on November 15 you will receive an educational class about this Ayurvedic cleanse. This class will be held in the afternoon from 9 to 10 am pm CET time and will be recorded AND you will have an in person Ayurvedic intake of 50 min with Riïm Lagerwerf.

From there on you will receive another 5 education wellness classes on Friday from 9 to 10 am with meditation, mantra and lecturing.

Deze begeleide detox door een Klinisch Ayurvedisch specialist zal je begeleiden door een 7 weken durende reiniging/detox. Deze reiniging wordt wekelijks gedaan op je vrije dag en we zullen ook nog een diepgaande reiniging uitvoeren.

Voorafgaand aan de reiniging op 15 november ontvang je een educatieve les over deze Ayurvedische reiniging. Deze les wordt gehouden in de middag van 9 tot 10 uur ’s avonds CET-tijd en wordt opgenomen EN je krijgt een persoonlijke Ayurvedische intake van 50 minuten met Riïm Lagerwerf.

Vanaf hier ontvang je nog 5 educatieve wellnesslessen op vrijdag van 9 tot 10 uur ’s ochtends met meditatie, mantra en lezingen.
